The first ever Champions Cup in the one-day format is going to start on September 12 at Iqbal Stadium Faisalabad. PCB has announced the captains, squads, and schedule of the tournament. Five teans will lock horns and will be led by Pakistan’s promising cricketers. The names of these five teams are inspired by the famous domestic tournament of Pakistan which was known as the Faysal Bank T20 Cup.

Captains
Muhammad Haris is the young captain of the Stallions even Babar Azam will play under him. Shaheen Afridi will lead the Lions and Muhammad Rizwan will be the captain of the Wolves. Saud Shakeel the Pakistan test team’s vice captain will be leading the Dolphins. Shadab Khan is captain of the Panthers. All of them are capable of taking their teams to victory. It will create more opportunities to bring new talent to lead the Pakistan team as they are suffering from a captaincy crisis.
